Business Bookkeeping

Your Numbers Shouldn't Keep You Up at Night.

Running a small business is a lot. The last thing you need is a pile of unreconciled transactions, a shoebox of receipts, and a CPA who's going to charge you extra to sort it all out in April.

That's where I come in.

I handle the month-to-month bookkeeping so you always know where your business stands — and so that when tax season arrives, it's a handoff, not a scramble.

What's included in monthly bookkeeping:

  • Transaction categorization and reconciliation

  • Monthly financial reports (profit & loss, balance sheet)

  • Expense tracking and categorization

  • Income tracking across all revenue streams

  • QuickBooks Online management — all clients are required to be on QBO

  • Year-end books ready to hand off to your CPA or tax preparer

A note on taxes: I don't give tax advice, and I won't pretend to. What I do is make sure that when your CPA or tax preparer sits down to do their job, everything they need is already in order. No missing transactions. No mystery categories. No "I'll deal with this in January" moments that turn into March panic.

Starting from behind? If your books are months (or years) behind, cleanup services are available separately to get everything current before moving into ongoing monthly work. No judgment — it's one of the most common reasons people reach out.

Services are custom-priced based on your business size and transaction volume. Everything runs on a monthly retainer — no surprise invoices, no hourly billing. I'll talk through what you need on the call and put together a scope that fits.

Let's make next tax season boring.
